Who’s Responsible?

There are three highway authorities responsible for the design, construction, maintenance and safety on the roads in Bedfordshire and Luton. 

When reporting a fault or giving feedback, please make sure you contact the right authority for the road in question.
 
Roads in Bedfordshire (excluding Luton and trunk roads)
Roads in Luton 
Trunk Roads – A1, M1, A5, A421

Be sure to provide as much detail as possible – it is helpful to report:
 
-    Exactly where the problem is
-    That you are reporting the fault as a motorcyclist.
-    Why the problem was an issue to you as a motorcyclist
